On 9 September 2010 Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. at the 17th International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce has received DEFENDER Prix.

From friday, July 23 Ireneusz Żmidziński Ph.D is chairman and CEO of the Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji  S.A. 

The Commander of the Multinational Corps Northeast (MNC NE) Lieutenant General Rainer Korff as well as Dr Andrzej M. Wilk, President and Director in General of the Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. (PIT S.A.), and Henryk Kantecki, a member of the Board, signed an addendum to the contract on the Command, Control and Information System SZAFRAN used by the Corps. The ceremony was held in Baltic Barracks on 6 July 2010.

At the 11th Balt Military Expo in Gdańsk, Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. was awarded the Grand Prix for mobile radar RM-100. The prize is awarded to exhibitors of the innovative equipment for military and others purposes.

Andrzej Smirnow, Member of Parliament, chairman of parlamentary board "Komisja Edukacji Nauki i Młodzieży" were visiting Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. the 1th Juni 2010. 

The Conference "Automatyzacja Dowodzenia" end on 19 May 2009 at Rynia (near Warsaw). The main goal of that conference is to create forum for military specialist and scientists to present their latest research results, new trends in science and technology and exchange ideas. PIT S.A. is a arangers of this yearly meetings.

Students from XIOS University College Limburg were visiting Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. the 4th March 2010. After the tour , researchers from PIT S.A. presented some current research problems investigated in Institute.

Equities of PIT S.A. have been transfered to Bumar In December 2009. Minister of State Treasury transfered 80 % PIT S.A company’s equity to capital group Bumar sp. z .o.o, the largest Polish producent of military equipment. Since January 2010 PIT S.A. is a official member of Bumar Group.

On 31 September - 3 October 2008 Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. participated in the international military exhibition "MSPO" in Kielce.

In 02-05 September 2008 in Adelaide in Australia had place international Conference on RADAR 2008. At the conference Piotr Samczynski from Airborne Radar Group get “Student Paper Prize” for paper: “Non iterative map-Drift Technique” .

In 22-24 September 2008 in Kiev in Ukraine had place international Microwave, Radar and Remote Sensing Symposium – MRRS 2008. At the symposium Piotr Samczynski & Maciej Smolarczyk from Airborne Radar Group get 1-st and 3-rd prize respectively in Young Scientist Contest.

At the 16th International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO 2008) in Kielce, Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A.  was awarded the DEFENDER Prize for SDP-20 SAMOC System. The prize is awarded to exhibitors of the outstanding original and innovative equipment for military and police purposes.

A testing phase of SZAFRAN together with its adjustment to the exact Corps’ needs was successfully finalized with a signature of the Corps’ Commander Lieutenant General Zdzisław Goral. In the presence of Mr Andrzej M. Wilk, Managing Director of the Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A.

The ceremony of signing the contract that took place at the Baltic Barracks (13.12.2007) was honoured with the presence of representatives of the three Framework Nations, i.e. Denmark, Germany and Poland, who are members of the Corps Committee at the same time. Legal advisers and G-6 representatives from MNC NE, who assisted negotiating the contract, also participated.
