The Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. Wrocław Division (OW) emerged from the Institute of Electron Technology of the Wroclaw Technical University in 1991 and joined the Warsaw-based Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. to continue its over 40 years successful experience in the microwave components field.

The current activity of the OW covers R&D and small scale production:

  • pulse and CW traveling wave tubes (TWTs) operating at various output power levels,
  • complete TWT power amplifiers (TWTAs) operating at output power range 20 W to 40 kW,
  • solid state power amplifiers and transceivers,
  • solid state low noise amplifiers designed for replacement of TWT,
  • front-ends for microwave receivers,
  • microwave oscillators, heterodynes and the like,
  • large selection of microwave hybrid integrated circuits,
